Take a wood drill and drill a 5 mm hole though the bark in the trunk about 3cm into the tree.

You have to drill the hole in a level of 45 degrees.

Take a 5mm flexible tube with a measurement of one meter.

Place the flexible tube in the hole and seal it with some chewing gum

Put the other side of the flexible tube in a 5 liter bottle.The bottle has been locked with a cork with a hole in it to put in the flexible tube.

Now you have to wait about two weeks. Than the bottle will be filled with the valuable liquid which is the basic ( the stem ) to make a beautiful wine.
